please read thoroughly before commissioning, by doing that,
you automatically agree to these terms. violation of any of these will cause you to be blacklisted and called out if necessary.
usage
do not claim my art as your own, i hold all rights to my art and i should be allowed to post it on my socials as i like. i always specify who the characters belong to. if you would like your commission to be specifically private, please notify me.
please do not remove my watermark, credit must always be given
please state if your commission is for commercial use, it will incur an extra fee
do not use personal commissions for commercial use (merchandise, reselling, NFTs, etc)
do not feed my work into ai, you will start coughing in 3 days.
payment & refunds
i accept payment through paypal or kofi only. cashapp/zelle isn’t available in my country, middleman fees should be covered by the buyer, but kofi is preferred for cross-platform payment please
i take payments for my commissions upfront! your comm won’t be started until i receive full payment just as a precaution
if a commission is cancelled by the customer, i will refund based on the amount of work i have completed
if you would like the commission restarted, you may be required to pay more if the request is a different complexity.
please do not ask for a restart of your comm when it is in progress, unless you’re prepared to pay extra for the work i have already done for you, even if it’s reusing the sketch, it is extra work.
process
my estimated TAT is a few days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity, my schedule, and my queue. i’ll give an estimate before payment, but please note that edits/slow feedback may extend it! please check my trello before asking for updates, i might not have gotten to it yet.
i send sketches 1-3 days after payment even with a queue, so that you know i’m getting to it!
i will accept small changes during my process, but major changes past the lineart phase will cost extra
please take your time inspecting what you would like to change when i send wips, i'd appreciate if it was send in one message so i may address it all at once :]
don't be afraid to be thorough in your explanations, provide as much references as you deem necessary. it's very appreciated!

i won't accept commissions with a deadline unless i'm notified ~3 weeks in advance
i will send the final product as a png/gif, never as a csp file
i have the right to decline any commission request
i will not do commissions that will require me to copy someone else's/any media's artstyle
please be mindful that i am in the AEST timezone, my responses may not be immediate!
i may have a hands-on approach and i'll ask a lot of questions, i want to make sure to get things right!

all these prices and price increases are a baseline, they may change based on the complexity of the request
simple props and backgrounds are free of charge (simple shapes, patterns, objects, etc). i usually add these to most comm types if given freedom!
an example of a complex character would be a design that has many details, patterns, colours and/or accessories
i really love creative requests and poses so go crazy!!!! i work best with poses or general ideas of how you’d like it to look
